Our 30-Day Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
How to start a return: Simply email us at shopnovabaysupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
